In 2023, the Riverland Independent Football League and the Riverland Independent Netball Association are joining forces to establish the Murray Valley Football Netball League (MVFNL).

We look forward to uniting the football and netball associations, to concentrate on supporting the future of our small family orientated country clubs and creating equality for both football and netball. Our amalgamation will streamline the governance of our currently separate associations, who already operate parallel to each other, to reduce the burden on our valued volunteers.

Our League will continue to span the Murray River, from Paringa to Sedan Cambrai and into the Mallee, fielding one senior football competition and two senior netball competitions. We look forward to what the future holds for MVFNL!
